Ford 6000 cd .. HELP !!!

hello frıends 
i have unlocked (resetted counter) the LOCKED 6000 cd ......now when i enter the code and press 5 , the radio turns off and then on , and ask again to enter the code .
(Radio is on table with power supply 12v - not connected to car).
any solutions ??

Hello. Connect two + and two -. and check the soldering of the eeprom
